EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: April 5, 2026

These Event Terms (the “Terms”) apply to your registration and participation in UV Ink Fest (the “Event”), hosted by Home Bound Custom Decor & Just One More Project (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for or attending the Event, including participation through the UV Pro Pass you agree to these Terms. These Terms supplement our general Privacy Policy and other policies linked on our site. In case of any conflict, these Event Terms will govern matters specific to the Event.

Acceptance of Terms

By attending any portion of the UV Ink Fest, you agree to abide by these Terms and any supplemental policies outlined by us. These Terms apply to all attendees, speakers, partners, and affiliates involved in the Event.

Registration & Payments

  • Ticket Types: General Admission: Free access to daily released workshops (available for 24 hours). UV Pro Pass: Paid upgrade including early and extended access, bonus content and discounts.

  • Final Sale: All purchases of UV Pro Pass upgrades are final. Promotional codes must be used at checkout and cannot be applied after purchase.

Event Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to change, postpone, or cancel any part of the Event, including speakers, workshops, or scheduling. If the Event is canceled entirely, UV Pro Pass purchasers will receive a full refund. Changes in format (e.g., platform or speaker) do not warrant refunds.

Community Standards & Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free event experience for everyone.

By participating, you agree to:

  • Treat all individuals with respect.

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.

  • Refrain from commercial solicitation unless you’re an official sponsor.

Violations of this policy may result in removal from the event and future bans.

Media Release

By attending the Event (including accessing recordings or live streams), you grant us the right to record, photograph, and use your image, voice, and participation in promotional and educational materials. This includes but is not limited to social media, future event promotions, and recaps.

You may capture your own content during the event for personal use (e.g., social sharing), but may not record full sessions or distribute proprietary material without express permission.

Data & Privacy

Your registration data will be used to:

  • Provide access to the Event

  • Deliver communications regarding the event or your UV Pro Pass

  • Share exclusive content or giveaways from sponsors (only if you opt in)

We will never sell your personal data. Any shared sponsor communications will only occur if you consent during registration.

Assumption of Risk

By attending this virtual Event, you accept that some risks (e.g., technical failures, accessibility issues) are outside our control. We aim to provide a seamless experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

GIVEAWAY DISCLAIMER

Our giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote it. By entering any giveaway hosted by UV Ink Fest, participants agree to release the platform from any responsibility and acknowledge that the information provided is being disclosed to HomeBound Custom Decor & Just One More Project (and other associated affiliated companies) and not to the social media platform.

Giveaway Rules:

  • Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and residents of United States (unless otherwise stated). Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Home Bound Custom Decor & Just One More Project LLC are not eligible to participate.

  • Entry Period: The giveaway entry period is defined on an individual basis (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be considered. Please contact hello@uvinkfest.com to determine Entry Period.

  • How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must visit www.uvinkfest.com/giveaways, provide their valid email address on desired giveaway, and their full name. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any attempt to use multiple email addresses or identities will result in disqualification.

  • Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within 1 hour after the end of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  • Winner Notification: The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 of the notification. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

  • Prize: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Home Bound Custom Decor & Just One More Project LLC (and other companies affiliated) to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation or approval.

  • Privacy: All personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment.

  • Limitation of Liability: Home Bound Custom Decor & Just One More Project LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this giveaway.

  • Governing Law: This giveaway and its rules are governed by the laws of Lake Travis County, Texas. Any dispute arising under or related to this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Lakeway, TEXAS. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to comply with these rules and decisions made by Just One More Project LLC, which are final and binding in all respects.
