Sumita and Anuj are the owners of Home Bound Custom Decor, a personalized gifts and goods business in Atlanta, GA that specializes in laser engraving and UV printing — but they're most passionate about helping fellow makers grow their business and become more efficient and profitable! They love to share tips and tricks on marketing strategies and relationship building techniques that can help scale a craft business.

UV Ink Fest will be the first-ever virtual education experience dedicated entirely to UV printing—created to educate, inspire, and elevate makers and business owners at every stage of their journey.
Our mission is to showcase what’s truly possible with UV printing while bringing together passionate educators, artists, and industry experts to provide real-world value, practical education, and creative momentum to a growing community of makers.

As a speaker, you’ll:

Event Objectives
Reach thousands of engaged makers and business owners through a single workshop contribution
Establish speakers as leaders and educators in the UV printing space
Introduce your brand to a fresh, highly aligned audience
Support affiliate income through the All Access Pass, with continued growth potential beyond the event
Create lasting connections between educators and makers who are ready to invest in their skills and tools
HOW IT WORKS
The UV Ink Fest will run from May 19-20, 2026 (CT US timezone).
Each day of the event will feature about 8-10 pre-recorded workshops hosted by experienced makers like you!
Pre-recorded workshops will include 20-30 minutes of content (with up to a 3 minute freebie/paid product pitch).
Free Attendees will access to the workshops for free ticket holders for 24 hours.
Upgraded Attendees (who purchase the UV Pro Pass) will keep ongoing access, plus have access to bonus material.
The goal of the workshops is to bring value to attendees by sharing a specific workshop/topic that can be relevant when using a UV Printer. These can be as creative as you like - but the only requirement is that you must use a UV Printer for at least one part of the workshop.
During the Live Event Days:
Attendees can engage in daily posts, games, trivia and live content in the Attendee’s Facebook Group. Attendees will be using this group to share encouragement and ask questions throughout the event.
Live Presentations:
During the live event days (May 19-20th), we will host a variety of live workshops including speaker panels, live demonstrations etc.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS
Each presentation should be 20-30 minutes long and pre-recorded.
Presentations are to be uploaded by APRIl 3RD, 2026.
They’re meant to be more friendly and casual, rather than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something valuable, while having fun in the process.
Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to be able to follow along with a technique, or process so they can walk away feeling like they've really learned something.
With that being said, you have your choice of the following presentation formats:
Slides
No Slides (just you talking)
Demonstration of craft/skill (most preferred with crafters!)
No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.
We only ask that you wait to release your presentations until at least 45 DAYS AFTER the UV Ink Fest has ended.
Speaker Materials are due on APRIL 3RD, 2026
UV PRO PASS
Though this event will be free to attendees, they will also have the chance to upgrade to the UV Pro Pass for ongoing access to all the workshops plus premium resources from all the makers participating.
To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to collect attendee email addresses, I’ll ask each of you to provide one resource to include as a bonus.
This can include things like:
Templates
Workbooks
Courses (big or small)
1-month memberships
Additional trainings or workshops
File bundles
Ebooks
Note: I expect this to convert well so I do not recommend contributing any 1:1 offers or physical products.
It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.
Anyone who does contribute a premium resource (aka not something you're giving away for free somewhere else) will get a 50% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 40%.

EVENT PROMOTION
To make your life a little more easier - and make sure we are promoting similar content across the board about the event,
I've put EVERYTHING you need in a Google Drive folder.
This folder includes things like promotion schedules, graphics, and matching email/social media copy.
However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook or Instagram ads. Just remember to use YOUR affiliate link.

AFFILIATE INFORMATION
While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?
That’s exactly why we’ve set up an affiliate program for the UV Pro Pass where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event.
Payouts will be made during the week of June 8th-June 12th.
The commission structure is as follows:
30% for all non-speakers
40% for all speakers who have contributed a workshop + freebie
50% for all speakers who include a premium bonus (min. price of $30+) (UV Pro Pass contribution)
The pricing structure will be:
$47 UV Pro Pass Ticket- 20 min Fast Acting Bonus (through May 18)
$67 UV Pro Pass Ticket- After 20 mins timer (May 5-May 18)
$97 UV Pro Pass Ticket- After May 19 (no fast acting bonus or early bird pricing)
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Promotional Material Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics specific to the UV Pro Pass
However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.
Just remember to use your affiliate link, which you can create or look up here.
As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
